Production Automatic Controlling System

 gypsum block production line with the annual capacity of from 100,000 to 1.5 million m²

Fully automatic feeding system, hydraulic jacking mold system and automatically controlled space fixture system are adopted in the gypsum block production line. The line can produce the blocks with a variety of sizes, for example, Length: 666, Width: 500 and the thickness: from 80 to 230mm. The specification of the blocks produced with the line is accurate and with beautiful appearance.

The block production line adopts PLC control system. The system can control the feeding machine, batching system, blender, molding machine, the central hydraulic station, pneumatic telescopic fixture, and other equipments according to the production  requirements, it can guarantee the product quality and production efficiency.
